Does anyone have any spa treatments that I can make at home?
Plain White T's Fan asked:
I'm having a sleepover spa birthday party at my house this year, and I was wondering if anybody had any good home treatments that my friends and I can make. Thanks!

Do *******! Have everybody wash their face, then have everybody exfoliate with a ****** scrub (or sugar mixed with oil), then fill a few large bowls with boiling hot water, drop in rose petals (or a few drops of an essential oil) and everybody takes turns and holds their face over the bowl and drapes a towel over it-keep it there for 10 minutes. Then, you can make a face mask bar for everybody and they can pick the one for their skin type.
Dry skin: oatmeal with mashed banana or mashed avocado (the avocado will brown so mix it with a small amount of lemon juice if it's going to be out for a while)
Oily skin: egg whites
Make sure everybody uses an astringent or ****** toner afterwards to remove any excess mask or scrub, and then everybody can put on face lotion and their skin will glow!
Exfoliate legs, hands and feet by mixing sugar with oil (any kind will work, but olive oil and canola or vegetable oil is best). Then, have everybody put on some heavy duty body butter on their hands and feet, put plastic bags on them and sit for a while-this will intensely moisturize plus the scrub will remove dead skin to make everything extra smooth! Then, display a bunch of polish and everybody can paint each others nails.
Everybody will look beautiful!

Hi, I read a few books and used to make my own beauty products and sold them for fun. But, it was too much work. Here is a good body/hand scrub: baking soda, cocoa powder, a little salt, some reg. sugar, some brown sugar. It smells great–easy to make and is all natural! I love it. I also made a face scrub. This was ground up oatmeal flakes mixed with some baking soda, I also added a dash of nutmeg for its antibaterial properties! For a foot soak–I used baking soda, salt, and lavander oil (but most people don't have that at home). Hmm…hot olive oil as a hand moisturizer, Lemon juice and water for a face toner (after a mask–but please use moisturizer). Or a mask of honey–that is really great too.
