Does anyone have any ideas for spa party decorations I can make myself?

I am having a spa birthday party in a few weeks, and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for decorations I could make myself. I've already thought of paper lanterns, and from a book I saw a picture of these tiny little presents made out of paper. They had a ribbon on them, and they were all connected by a string.

make each room a theme
one could be the hair room
another a makeup room
another a ****** room
another a nail room and etc.. for each room stick w/ the theme.
